What You'll Own:
- Design experiences across our entire product suite - from Intelligence Hub to Learning Center to our upcoming AI Recruitment features
- Lead 2 designers while staying hands-on with critical design work
- Turn complex workforce data into interfaces that feel intuitive for everyone
- Ship fast and iterate - we deploy weekly based on real customer feedback
- Build our design system while delivering features that drive revenue
- Work directly with founders and customers, no bureaucracy in between
- Create the UX that makes AI feel like a natural part of daily work
You're Perfect If:
- 3-5 years designing B2B SaaS, especially in HR tech, learning, or productivity tools
- You can handle ambiguity and create clarity from complex requirements
- You know when to push for perfection and when to ship and learn
- You can design for multiple user personas without creating a mess
- You've worked in fast-paced environments and loved it
- You understand that good design in enterprise = adoption = revenue
