We make functional things beautiful. We need someone who's better at that than we are.
Lyearn is an AI-native employee operating system. Legacy HR software is blind to how work actually happens - we make it visible. In practice that means a lot of real, dense product: dashboards, deal-intelligence views, performance signals, learning surfaces. Our standard isn't "usable." It's beautiful.
You'd own the visual craft of that product. We hand you a workflow and the intent; you turn it into pixel-precise UI that an engineer can build without guessing. You report straight to the leadership, on a small team with no layers and no design-by-committee.
You'll thrive here if
- Your portfolio makes people stop scrolling - and it's full of interface work. Screens, dashboards, real apps. Not logos, posters, or brand decks.
- You can make information-dense UI beautiful. Tables, analytics, multi-state components — the hard stuff, not just hero sections and landing pages.
- You sweat the 4px and you have enough product sense to run without hand-holding.
Nice, not required
- Motion / micro-interaction chops.
- Design-system experience.
- Curiosity about shipping in code (React / Tailwind). You won't touch the stack day one, but we'll train you if you want to grow into design-engineering.
